| Responsibilities : |
| • |
To implement, manage and maintain IT infrastructure systems to ensure high system availability, reliability, performance and effective implementation |
| • |
Respond to requests for technical support |
| • |
Troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, security treats, network and peripheral equipment problems |

| Requirements : |
| • |
Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science |
| • |
At least 2 years of relevant work experience |
| • |
Practical knowledge of procedures of installing, configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing operating system, application software, hardware and peripherals |
| • |
Must be familiar with Server Client Windows Environment |
| • |
Good communication and interpersonal skills |
| • |
Able to work independently in a highly dynamic environment |
| • |
Willing to travel when required |
| • |
Those with MCSE qualification will have an added advantage |
